Bud Turquoise Fabric

Misc Fabric

Bud Turquoise combines a cool turquoise-teal ground with a closely repeated field of pale, stylised bud motifs. The surface has a softly mottled woven appearance that gives the colourway gentle depth rather than a flat finish.

About this fabric

The blue-green ground reads as muted and slightly weathered, while the light ivory-grey buds create a crisp but softened contrast. Each small motif has a paired-leaf, bud-like shape, arranged in a dense, regular repeat across the cloth. Fine tonal variation in the weave breaks up the turquoise and lets the surface catch the light subtly. Its compact pattern gives the fabric a smart, composed character at close range.

How to use it

Use Bud Turquoise where a cool, patterned accent is needed: it would bring definition to an upholstered chair or bench, while the softened ivory motifs can link with pale stone, chalk or warm neutral furnishings.

Use the cool turquoise ground and soft ivory buds to bring quiet pattern and colour to seating, cushions or curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Bud Turquoise Fabric without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
