About this fabric

From the Verona Collection by Ashley Wilde, Finley Rust is a 100% polyester fabric with a 140cm width and a 35,000 rub test, making it suitable for general domestic upholstery and drapes. The cloth has a fine plain weave that gives the surface a lightly textured, slightly dry handle rather than a glossy finish. In this colourway the rust tone sits between brown and terracotta, with a muted warmth that feels richer in shade and softer in direct light. At 400gsm and 560 grams per linear metre, it has enough substance to tailor neatly while still feeling versatile across the home.

How to use it

Use Finley Rust to bring warmth to neutral upholstery, especially in rooms with oatmeal, stone or aged wood finishes. It also works nicely as a curtain fabric where the earthy rust tone can add depth without looking overly bold.

A warm rust plain that works well on seating or relaxed curtains.
