Loire Blush

Verona Collection FabricLOIRE

Loire Blush is a quietly tonal plain in a soft blush pink, with a dry, linen-rich look that feels calm and refined. Its surface reads smooth and even, with just enough texture to keep the colour from feeling flat.

About this fabric

Woven in India from 70% cotton and 30% linen, Loire Blush has a natural, lightly slubbed appearance that suits its understated plain style. The 142 cm width and 340 gmsm weight place it in a versatile mid-range cloth, while the 18,000 rub test supports light domestic upholstery as well as drapes and blinds. In this colourway, the pink is muted and dusty rather than sugary, with a warm beige undertone that softens the finish. It catches the light gently, giving the fabric a chalky, relaxed elegance instead of shine.

How to use it

Use Loire Blush to soften a bedroom, sitting room or dressing area, where its warm blush tone can sit easily with oak, limestone and pale neutrals. It is especially effective on simple upholstered pieces or full-length blinds that benefit from a calm, airy colour.

A gentle blush plain that works beautifully on relaxed upholstery or softly tailored drapes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
