Loire Emerald

Verona Collection FabricLOIRE

Loire Emerald is a quietly sophisticated plain with a softly mottled emerald surface and a dry, natural-looking weave. The colour sits between green and teal, giving it depth without appearing overly bright.

About this fabric

Woven from 70% cotton and 30% linen, Loire Emerald has the crisp, slightly textured handle you can see in the fine crosshatch of the cloth. At 142cm wide and rated to 18,000 rubs, it is suitable for light domestic upholstery as well as drapes and blinds. This emerald colourway reads cool and grounded, with a muted richness that softens under light rather than flashing glossy. The plain style and visible linen slub give it a relaxed, tailored finish that works well where you want colour with restraint.

How to use it

Use Loire Emerald on a clean-lined occasional chair, ottoman or roman blind to add depth without busy pattern. Its cool, leafy tone pairs especially well with oak, brushed brass and warm neutrals.

A rich emerald plain that brings a calm, tailored finish to upholstery or window dressings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
