About this fabric

This Mulberry Home velvet is made from 88% cotton and 12% polyester, with a 132 cm width. The medium-scale repeat shows birds spaced across fine, scrolling green linework, with the darker ground giving the ochre bodies, russet wings and small red accents strong depth. Its 38 cm vertical repeat and 66 cm horizontal repeat should be considered when matching the design. The fabric is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; it must be professionally dry cleaned and should not be washed, bleached or ironed.

How to use it

Use the deep emerald tone on a reading chair, sofa or bedspread, then pick up the motif’s ochre and russet notes in cushions, painted wood or a warm-toned rug. As curtains, it creates a darker, more enveloping frame while allowing the illustrated birds to remain the focus.
