About this fabric

This Mulberry Home Festival velvet is woven from 55% viscose and 45% cotton, with a substantial 50,000 Martindale rub test for practical upholstery use. Each square contains a different arrangement of rings, including dark charcoal bands, warm ochre borders, pale cream fields and occasional rust and teal-green centres. The 67 cm vertical repeat and 69 cm horizontal repeat give the bold geometric layout a considered, architectural rhythm. At 137 cm wide, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use the sage and charcoal tones to anchor a statement armchair or ottoman, then pick out the ochre and rust rings with cushions or painted woodwork. As curtains or a bedspread, its softened green base brings pattern without losing the grounded, earthy mood.
