Game Birds Velvet Forest is a densely illustrated velvet filled with pheasants, foliage and curling woodland branches. Its deep forest-green ground gives the design a cool, shaded depth, while cream, olive, rust and ochre details bring the birds into focus.

About this fabric

The pattern combines full-feathered game birds with layered leaves, grasses and winding branches, creating a large-scale scene across the cloth. In this Forest colourway, dark green and olive foliage sit behind warm rust-brown birds, pale cream feathers and small black-and-white accents. The velvet is made from 88% cotton and 12% polyester, measures 134 cm wide, and has a 58 cm vertical repeat with a 67 cm horizontal repeat. With a 38,000 Martindale rub test, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; professional dry cleaning is required.

How to use it

Use this deep forest-green colourway on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard, where its rust and cream birds can be balanced with plain olive, tan or warm neutral furnishings. It also brings a richly layered woodland note to full-length curtains or a coordinated bedspread.
