Game Birds Linen Red/Plum brings a dense, richly coloured scene of pheasants and other game birds to a warm red ground. Olive foliage, grasses and plum-toned plumage give the design a layered, painterly depth.

About this fabric

Printed on 100% linen, this 147 cm-wide fabric shows a large repeating arrangement of birds, long grasses, leafy branches and naturalistic undergrowth. The red ground reads warm and earthy, while deep plum, olive, ochre, cream and charcoal details add contrast without losing the pattern’s softened, vintage character. A 61 cm vertical repeat and 73.5 cm horizontal repeat allow the illustrated layout to remain prominent across larger applications. With a 33,000 Martindale rub test, it is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use the red and plum colourway on a statement armchair, sofa or headboard, then echo its olive foliage and ochre feather tones in plain cushions, painted joinery or a muted rug. Its substantial 33,000-rub performance also supports coordinated upholstery and window treatments.
