About this fabric

This Mulberry Home velvet is woven from 55% viscose and 45% cotton, with a 140 cm width and a medium check repeat measuring 18 cm vertically by 17.5 cm horizontally. The image shows dark emerald bands softened by warm olive-green threads, creating a low-contrast check with a gently weathered country character rather than a crisp graphic effect. Its dense, brushed texture is suited to curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. A 50,000 Martindale rub test gives it strong practical credentials for regularly used upholstered pieces.

How to use it

Pair the deep emerald and moss tones with aged timber, warm neutrals and brushed brass for a richly layered country interior. Use it on a reading chair or tailored headboard, or let the subtle check add depth to full-length curtains.
