About this fabric

The surface is formed by a small irregular grid, with pale taupe flecks and darker charcoal lines breaking through the warm oxide-brown ground. Its dense, substantial appearance makes it best suited to upholstery, where the pronounced weave can add texture without relying on a bold motif. No performance features or further technical specifications are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Ruban Oxide on a tailored sofa, armchair or ottoman alongside aged timber, blackened metal and warm neutral walls. Its rusty brown undertone can soften the cooler charcoal threads while adding depth to a restrained, textural scheme.

Its compact, softly irregular weave brings warm oxide depth and tactile structure to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
