Ariana Umber is a deep, smoky brown textile with a softly variegated surface. Fine pale threads break through the dark ground, forming an understated irregular grid that becomes more visible as the light moves across the weave.

About this fabric
The close-set woven texture gives this colourway a substantial, upholstery-led appearance, while the charcoal and umber tones keep the overall effect muted rather than flat. Small light flecks and broken horizontal and vertical lines create a restrained check with a hand-worked, slightly rugged character. Its dark brown depth brings definition to tailored seating and contrasts naturally with lighter timber, stone and warm neutral schemes. No performance features are noted for this fabric.
How to use it
Use Ariana Umber on a sofa, occasional chair or ottoman where its smoky brown depth can anchor a room without the severity of true black. Pair it with oatmeal, putty and aged-wood tones to draw out the weave’s warm umber notes.
