About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric is woven as a balanced check, with narrow aqua, blue-green and slate-blue lines forming medium-scale squares across an ivory base. The fine woven surface keeps the colourway crisp and airy rather than dense, while the darker blue lines add gentle definition. It is 132 cm (51.86") wide, with a vertical pattern repeat of 18 cm (7.07") and a horizontal repeat of 16.5 cm (6.48"). The specification allows for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; it must be dry cleaned professionally.

How to use it

Use the pale aqua and ivory palette to brighten a relaxed bedroom or coastal sitting room, with the slate-blue lines echoed in painted wood, cushions or ceramic accents. Its checked geometry works especially well on loose upholstery and full-length curtains where the repeat can be appreciated.
