About this fabric

The design is a detailed collage of clipped garden images, including clipped hedges, glasshouses, trees, borders and ornamental structures, separated by cream postcard edges. Its cool aqua background is softened rather than saturated, allowing the varied greens to lead while small ochre and yellow details add warmth. This 100% cotton fabric is 137 cm (53.82") wide, with a 102 cm (40.07") vertical pattern repeat and a 69 cm (27.11") horizontal repeat. It is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads; care instructions specify professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use the cool aqua ground to brighten a garden room, window seat or upholstered headboard, then pick up the leafy greens in plain cushions and warm the scheme with natural wood or ochre accents. The postcard layout works especially well where the 102 cm vertical and 69 cm horizontal repeats can be appreciated across a broader surface.
