About this fabric

This Murano chenille is woven from an acrylic, polyester and viscose mix and measures 138cm wide. Its cool aqua tone is softened by chalky grey threads and irregular vertical marks, creating a lightly distressed texture that changes subtly across the surface. The chenille construction gives the swatch a visibly tactile, softly brushed character, while the muted colour keeps the overall effect relaxed rather than bright. It is rated for domestic upholstery, with professional aftercare; the fabric has domestic cigarette-and-match flame retardancy and can be treated to Crib 5 contract grade.

How to use it

Use MUR3024 on a lounge chair, sofa or upholstered headboard where its cool aqua cast can be balanced with warm ivory, pale oak and brushed metal. Pair it with tonal blue-grey textiles to bring out the swatch’s layered strié texture without introducing a competing pattern.
