About this fabric
The close-woven surface shows a delicate horizontal and vertical texture, with tiny lighter flecks that catch the light across the antique beige ground. At 370gsm, it has a substantial handle suited to upholstery, while the absence of any vertical or horizontal pattern repeat makes cutting straightforward. The usable width is 137cm and the standard length is 40m. Its restrained straw tone sits between soft beige and muted antique gold, bringing warmth without a strong saturated colour.
How to use it
Use Amalfi Antique on a traditional armchair, dining seat or headboard where its warm straw-beige tone can soften darker timber and contrast with chalky creams. The subtle crosshatch texture also works well alongside plain linens and more tactile natural weaves.
