About this fabric

The pale blush ground is crossed by a fine horizontal texture, giving the surface a softly striated finish beneath the design. Raspberry-pink peonies, trailing leaves, sprigs and a perched bird form a densely drawn botanical scene, with lighter highlights lifting the central bloom. At 299 gsm, the fabric has a substantial mid-weight presence, while its 142 cm usable width supports the generous layout. The pattern repeats every 75.5 cm vertically and 35.5 cm horizontally, useful details when matching the large-scale composition.

How to use it

Use Avium Raspberry on an occasional chair, headboard or relaxed curtain scheme where its muted raspberry tone can sit against warm ivory, dusty rose or soft mushroom shades. The pale ground keeps the densely detailed botanical pattern from feeling too heavy.

The muted raspberry botanical scene brings decorative colour and movement to upholstery or full-length curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Avium Raspberry without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
