About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke Botanist fabric has a substantial 580gsm weight, giving the teal ground a dense, upholstery-ready presence. The surface is formed by irregular, closely packed textural marks rather than a defined floral or geometric motif, so the colour remains the dominant visual impression. Light catches the raised areas in muted blue-green tones while the creased recesses add smoky depth. The fabric has a 140 cm usable width and a standard length of 30 m; both vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are listed as 0 cm.

How to use it

Use Abelia Peacock on a statement chair, footstool or sofa where its cool teal depth and tactile, shadowed surface can be appreciated at close range. Pair it with charcoal, aged timber, warm brass or softly contrasting cream upholstery accents.

The deep peacock teal and richly crinkled surface bring depth to upholstered seating and statement pieces.
