Moda Spice

Dimensions FabricCCF0069-10

Moda Spice brings a vivid burnt spice-orange ground to the Dimensions collection, enriched by a dense, irregular texture that resembles softly outlined brickwork. Pale flecks catch across the surface, giving the colour a lively, dimensional finish.

About this fabric

The fabric’s small-scale broken motifs form a compact, maze-like pattern in orange, rust and lighter mineral highlights, rather than a flat solid colour. At 513 gsm, it has the substantial visual and tactile presence expected of a heavy furnishing textile and is well suited to upholstery. The 138 cm usable width supports practical cutting, while the pattern repeats at 41 cm vertically and 35 cm horizontally. Its standard length is 40 m, providing consistent stock for larger upholstery projects.

How to use it

Pair the warm, saturated spice-orange tone with natural timber, tan leather or softened neutral walls, where its pale textured flecks can add contrast without introducing a separate motif. It is especially effective on a statement armchair, ottoman or compact sofa where the small repeat remains clearly tactile.

Use this warm spice-orange upholstery to bring rich colour and tactile depth to contemporary seating or occasional chairs.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
