About this fabric

The design is formed from repeating stylised paisley and flower motifs, with blue-teal leaves, ochre-spice accents, muted grey outlines and small cream floral centres clearly visible across the surface. Its 228gsm weight makes it a versatile mid-weight fabric for both upholstery and drapery. The pattern has a 34cm vertical repeat and a 33.8cm horizontal repeat, creating a measured rhythm rather than an oversized statement. At 138cm usable width, it offers practical coverage while retaining the detailed, softly contrasting appearance of this Teal/Spice colourway.

How to use it

Pair it with warm ivory, pale taupe or natural timber to quieten the ornate pattern, or draw out the cool teal with blue-grey accents. The spice and ochre details also work well alongside aged brass and warm neutral upholstery.

Use the cool teal and warm spice accents to bring colour and ornamental detail to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
