About this fabric

The design is formed from repeating vertical stripe groups, combining fine navy, rouge, cream and darker pin lines against a soft taupe-grey background. Its 301gsm weight and 140cm useable width make it a versatile mid-weight choice for both upholstery and drapery. The pattern repeats every 17cm horizontally, with no vertical pattern repeat, so the stripes remain continuous along the length. A standard length of 40 metres supports larger coordinated schemes.

How to use it

Use the taupe ground as a calm bridge between warm wood and cooler painted finishes, then echo the rouge in piping or cushions. The narrow vertical stripes are especially effective on tailored chairs, roman blinds or full-length curtains where their orderly direction can be seen clearly.

A finely striped taupe ground with navy and rouge accents, suited to tailored upholstery, cushions, blinds or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
