About this fabric
The fabric alternates narrow navy bands with white ground stripes running continuously from top to bottom, while the horizontal pattern repeat measures 9.5 cm and the vertical repeat is 0 cm. Its deep blue reads cool and saturated against the white, with slight tonal variation visible across the woven surface as the light catches it. At 301 gsm and 140 cm wide, Edgeworth is a versatile mid-weight suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The standard length is 40 m, making this colourway practical for coordinated schemes requiring a consistent striped direction.
How to use it
Use Portland Navy to give a window seat, occasional chair or Roman blind a tailored nautical note, then soften the cool contrast with warm timber, ivory upholstery or natural woven accessories. The strong vertical direction also suits curtains where the navy bands can emphasise height.
