About this fabric

This substantial 456gsm textile has a dense woven texture, making it particularly well suited to upholstery. The blue-green colour reads light and muted, while the tiny interlocking marks create a fine-grained pattern that becomes more visible at close range. Its pattern repeat measures 45.5cm vertically by 35cm horizontally, giving the understated design a defined structure when used across a larger piece. With a 137cm usable width and 40m standard length, it offers practical coverage for coordinated upholstery projects.

How to use it

Use the cool duck-egg tone on a sofa, headboard or occasional chair, pairing it with chalky neutrals, pale timber and warm beige accents that pick up the flecks in the weave. Its small-scale texture also works well where a softly patterned upholstery fabric is preferred over a bold motif.

The cool duck-egg ground and fine woven texture bring quiet colour and subtle depth to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
