Nevada Paprika

Havana and Nevada FabricCCF0514-08

Nevada Paprika is a warm, earthy plain weave with the softly burnished quality of paprika-toned terracotta. Fine irregular threads create a restrained crosshatched surface, giving the otherwise solid colour gentle visual movement.

About this fabric

The cloth reads as a muted paprika-tan, sitting between terracotta, caramel and soft brown rather than appearing bright or strongly red. Its close woven face is subtly enlivened by fine horizontal and vertical slubs, while the surface catches light with a quiet, matte-to-satin variation. At 440gsm and 275cm wide, it has the substantial handle expected of an upholstery cloth. With a 0cm vertical and 0cm horizontal pattern repeat, it can be positioned without matching a motif, and the standard length is 40m.

How to use it

Pair this warm paprika colourway with natural timber, aged leather and creamy neutrals for a grounded, relaxed scheme. Its softened terracotta depth works particularly well on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard.

Use this warm paprika weave to bring earthy depth to upholstered seating, headboards and occasional furniture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
