About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke fabric weighs 456 gsm and has a useable width of 137 cm, giving the cloth a substantial presence suited to upholstery. Fine, closely set yarns create the gently irregular woven texture visible across the swatch, with the 69 threads per centimetre adding a neat, compact appearance. Jaipur Ocean reads as a cool, saturated teal-blue rather than a bright turquoise, with darker and lighter threads tempering the colour. With a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, it can be planned without matching a design across cuts; the standard length is 35 m.

How to use it

Use Jaipur Ocean on a structured armchair, dining seat or compact sofa where its cool teal depth can anchor pale timber, warm neutrals and brushed metal. The subtly varied chenille surface will add texture without introducing a separate pattern.
