About this fabric

This 130 cm usable-width cloth weighs 217 gsm, giving Bracken Glade a versatile mid-weight presence for upholstery or drapery. The design combines feathery fern leaves, upright stems, rounded sprigs and fine linear foliage in sage, dusty blue-green, pale grey-green and ochre. Against the warm cream background, the cooler greens read softly rather than intensely, while the ochre marks add small points of warmth. A 48 cm vertical repeat and 65 cm horizontal repeat create an evenly distributed botanical field, and the standard length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use Bracken Glade where its cream background can lighten a scheme while the muted sage, blue-green and ochre foliage supplies gentle colour. It pairs naturally with pale timber, chalky neutrals and textured green accents in curtains, occasional upholstery or coordinated cushions.

Use the calm cream ground with natural woods and muted green upholstery or window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
