Matteo Teal/Gilver

Metalli FabricCCF0351-07

Matteo Teal/Gilver pairs a cool, muted teal ground with closely spaced silver-grey vertical lines. The fine weave gives the surface a softly reflective, tailored appearance rather than a bold graphic effect.

About this fabric

The narrow vertical stripes create an even, pin-like rhythm, with the silver-grey threads catching the light between deeper teal lines. At 95 gsm, this is a notably fine textile with a light visual presence, making it best suited to fluid window treatments. Its 307 cm usable width allows generous curtain drops with fewer joins, while the supplied specification records no vertical pattern repeat and a 0.9 cm horizontal repeat. The restrained teal-and-gilver contrast reads cool and quietly polished across a wide expanse.

How to use it

Use Matteo Teal/Gilver for floor-length curtains in a cool-toned room, pairing its muted teal with pale stone, silver-grey or softened navy. Hang it simply so the fine vertical stripe can draw the eye upwards without competing with the furniture.

Use this cool, silver-flecked teal stripe for full-length curtains where its fine vertical rhythm can remain uninterrupted.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Matteo Teal/Gilver without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
