Forma Charcoal/Silver

Metalli FabricCCF0487-03

Forma Charcoal/Silver pairs a cool charcoal-grey woven ground with broad silver-toned bands that form an oversized hexagonal lattice. The pale metallic lines catch the light against the quieter, softly textured background.

About this fabric

The image shows a muted charcoal-grey ground with a subtle vertical weave and a large geometric framework in softly reflective silver. Overlapping bands create irregular hexagonal panels, giving the surface definition without introducing a busy multicolour effect. With a lightweight specification of 98 gsm and a generous 297 cm usable width, it is particularly well suited to drapery. The pattern repeats every 28.5 cm vertically and 34.5 cm horizontally, allowing the silver lattice to continue clearly across made-up curtains.

How to use it

Use this cool grey colourway for full-length curtains in a contemporary room with pale stone, brushed metal or charcoal furnishings. Keep surrounding textures restrained so the silver geometry provides the main visual structure.

Use as contemporary window dressing where the cool grey ground and silver lattice can catch changing daylight.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Forma Charcoal/Silver without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
