Miami Beaver is a muted beaver-taupe textile with a soft grey-brown cast and an almost patternless surface. In close view, its fine grain gives the plain cloth gentle visual depth without introducing contrast.

About this fabric

The colour sits between warm taupe and softened grey-brown, creating a calm, grounded appearance that changes subtly as the light catches the close, lightly pebbled weave. At 222gsm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suitable for both upholstery and drapery. Its 297cm useable width is particularly practical for broad curtains or larger-scale furnishing work. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0cm, confirming the uninterrupted plain construction, and the standard length is 35m.

How to use it

Pair Miami Beaver with warm white, mushroom and natural timber for a softly layered scheme, or use it to temper darker brown and charcoal furnishings. Its restrained taupe tone works especially well on generous curtains, occasional upholstery and upholstered headboards.

Use this warm taupe plain weave to bring quiet texture and a grounded neutral tone to upholstery or full-length curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
