Midori Truffle

Midori FabricCCF0219-47

Midori Truffle has a warm, earthy taupe ground with a softly irregular woven crosshatch visible across the surface. Its restrained truffle tone gives the cloth a quietly grounded appearance rather than a flat, uniform finish.

About this fabric

This lightweight Clarke & Clarke textile weighs 112 gsm and has a generous usable width of 297 cm, making it well suited to drapery. Fine pale threads intersect across the taupe-brown ground, creating a subtle mesh-like texture that becomes more apparent in close view. The colour sits between muted brown and greyed beige, with enough warmth to soften a room without reading strongly golden. With zero vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, it presents as a continuous textured cloth rather than a directional motif.

How to use it

Use Midori Truffle for relaxed full-height curtains in rooms built around warm woods, stone and soft beige upholstery. Its deepened taupe tone also works well as a calm backdrop to olive, cream or charcoal accents.

Use this softly textured truffle taupe for full-length curtains where its fine woven surface can catch the light gently.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
