About this fabric

In the photograph, Midori Slate reads as a soft slate grey, with lighter and darker threads creating a subtle vertical-and-horizontal texture rather than a printed motif. The fine woven surface has a lightly dry, natural-looking character, while the low-contrast colour keeps the overall effect calm and understated. With a supplied weight of 112 gsm and a usable width of 297 cm, it is a light, wide fabric well suited to drapery. Both the vertical and horizontal pattern repeats are 0 cm, and the standard length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use this cool slate-grey colourway for full-length curtains where its fine crosshatch can add texture without introducing a strong pattern. It pairs naturally with pale neutrals, cool timber tones and softly layered grey furnishings.

Its cool slate-grey tone and fine weave bring quiet texture to full-length curtains and soft window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
