About this fabric

The design is formed from broad, subdued checks, with the blue-grey lines appearing slightly softened into the pale grey ground. Fine tonal variation across the surface creates a cloudy, brushed effect that keeps the pattern relaxed and understated. This is a fabric SKU, but no composition, width or rub-test specification has been supplied for this colourway. The balanced scale and muted contrast make the check suitable for upholstery or drapery applications where a calm, cool palette is wanted.

How to use it

Use Slate on a relaxed armchair, bench or simple curtain, then warm its cool grey-blue tone with ivory, pale oak and softly aged metals. The low-contrast windowpane pattern also works well alongside plain linens and textured neutrals.
