Midori Spice

Midori FabricCCF0219-46

Midori Spice has a warm, softly muted terracotta tone that gives the surface a gentle spiced warmth. Fine pale threads run through the ground in a delicate irregular crosshatch, adding visible texture without a motif.

About this fabric

This Clarke & Clarke fabric is woven in a warm terracotta shade, with lighter threads creating a subtly uneven vertical and horizontal texture across the surface. Its 297 cm usable width makes it practical for generous curtain drops, while the 112 gsm weight keeps the cloth visually light. There is no pattern repeat vertically or horizontally, so the crosshatched texture can be used continuously without matching. The standard length is 40 m.

How to use it

Use Midori Spice for full-length curtains where its warm terracotta colour can soften a neutral room, or for relaxed blinds that let the pale crosshatch catch the light. Pair it with chalky creams, natural timber and muted rust accents to bring out its spice-toned warmth.

A warm terracotta ground with a fine crosshatch texture for softly textured curtains and blinds.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
