Secret Garden Fabric FabricCCF0762-06

Giverny Spice brings a warm cinnamon-terracotta ground to a tightly repeated cream geometric lattice. In the close swatch, the fine woven surface keeps the colour softly textured rather than flat.

About this fabric

The small linked geometric motif repeats every 8 cm vertically and horizontally, creating an even lattice of cream shapes across the spice-toned ground. Its warm terracotta colour reads as muted cinnamon rather than bright orange, with subtle tonal variation visible through the weave. At 224 gsm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The 137 cm usable width and 40 m standard length provide practical coverage for larger furnishing or window-treatment projects.

How to use it

Pair Giverny Spice with warm ivory, oatmeal and aged timber to draw out its cream pattern and cinnamon depth. It would bring measured pattern to an occasional chair, Roman blind, cushions or relaxed curtains without overwhelming a room.

Use the warm terracotta and cream lattice to add gentle pattern and depth to upholstery, curtains or cushions.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Giverny Spice without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
