About this fabric

The swatch shows a light sand-beige ground with subtle tonal shifts between creamier and slightly deeper threads, creating a restrained, linen-like visual texture. At 285gsm, it has the substance of a versatile mid-weight cloth for upholstery or drapery. The usable width is 138cm and the standard length is 40m. With 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeats, it presents as a continuous plain weave rather than a directional design.

How to use it

Use this warm, light sand tone to soften an upholstered chair, headboard or sofa, or to bring understated texture to relaxed curtains. It pairs naturally with ivory, oatmeal and warm timber tones without introducing a strong contrast.

A warm sand-beige weave for calm upholstery and softly filtered drapery.

Pairs well with

Abbey Sand is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
