About this fabric

The closely textured face shows delicate, irregular linear movement across the pale blue-grey ground, with the fine surface catching light subtly rather than creating a strong contrast. At 271gsm, Spectrum Birch has the substance to work across both upholstery and drapery applications. The 137cm usable width and 40m standard length make it practical for larger furnishing schemes. Its pattern repeat measures 36.5cm vertically by 34.5cm horizontally, although the low-contrast texture keeps the overall impression understated.

How to use it

Use Birch to soften a cool sitting room on an armchair, headboard or full-length curtain, pairing its misty blue-grey tone with chalk, natural oak and brushed silver. It also works as a quiet counterpoint to deeper slate or blue accents.
