Annika Charcoal

Vardo Sheers Fabric FabricCCF0656-01

Annika Charcoal combines a pale stone-grey ground with fine charcoal lines in an irregular woven grid. The warm, softened contrast gives this sheer colourway more depth than a plain grey while retaining a light overall appearance.

About this fabric

Annika Charcoal pairs a pale stone-grey ground with charcoal and brown-black threads arranged in a fine, irregular grid. Its crosshatched surface has a dry, lightly nubby texture, with small warm flecks that stop the darker lines from appearing stark. At 117 gsm and 297 cm usable width, it is a lightweight cloth suited to full-height drapery. The 9 cm vertical and 7.5 cm horizontal repeat keeps the check quietly scaled across curtains, while the 40 m standard length supports larger window schemes.

How to use it

Use Annika Charcoal for relaxed full-height curtains in rooms with warm stone, taupe or pale timber finishes. Its muted charcoal lines can sit alongside deeper grey accents without making the window treatment feel heavy.

A lightweight, softly open weave for full-length curtains where its warm charcoal grid can add quiet definition.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
