About this fabric

The close-up shows a restrained truffle shade with delicate, closely spaced ripples rather than a bold motif, creating a smooth and subtly tactile appearance. At 271 gsm, it has the substance of a versatile mid-weight textile suitable for both upholstery and drapery. The supplied pattern repeat measures 36.5 cm vertically by 34.5 cm horizontally, although the low-contrast design remains visually understated across the cloth. A usable width of 137 cm supports straightforward cutting and placement on furniture or at the window.

How to use it

Use this warm truffle taupe to bring gentle depth to neutral seating, cushions or curtains, especially alongside ivory, mushroom and medium-toned wood. The understated tonal texture also works well where a room needs interest without a pronounced pattern.

Pair the warm truffle taupe with soft creams, natural timber and brushed metals for a quietly layered scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
