Arizona Clay

Arizona FabricL9351-02

Arizona Clay shows a soft, pebble-like plain weave in a mellow clay beige. The surface reads matte and gently textural, with a warm, sun-baked cast rather than a sharp taupe.

About this fabric

This colourway has an even, finely dappled texture that softens the whole surface and gives the cloth a calm, tailored look. The visible tone sits between beige and clay, warmed by the cotton and linen content and lifted slightly by the viscose so it does not look flat. At approximately 129cm wide, and with a zero repeat, it is straightforward to pattern match for upholstery, cushions or simple window treatments. The composition of 50% cotton, 43% viscose, 4% linen and 3% polyester suggests a fabric with a natural handle and a refined finish, while the √CM fire code supports contract-style specification.

How to use it

Use Arizona Clay on a sofa, banquette or armchair where its warm beige note can bridge wood, stone and painted finishes. It also suits relaxed curtains or Roman blinds if you want a quiet, sandy backdrop with a little surface depth.

A warm neutral with subtle texture that works across upholstery and soft furnishings.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
