Coletta Multi

Canya FabricJ0317-02

Coletta Multi is a lively botanical fabric with a painterly scatter of leaves and petals across a warm ivory ground. The palette layers soft teal, aqua, cream and touches of blush and ochre for a fresh, gently sun-washed feel.

About this fabric

This colourway in the Canya collection has a distinctly airy look, with overlapping leaf shapes and petal-like forms that read as hand-painted rather than sharply printed. The ground feels light ivory, allowing the teal and aqua leaves to stand out while softer sage, blush and pale ochre notes keep the design from feeling too cool. Woven in a composition of 60% Linen, 30% Cotton and 10% Polyamide, it has the natural character of linen with a little extra practicality in the blend. The pattern has a repeat of V 63cm / H 69cm approx and the fabric width is 138cm approx, giving the design a generous, statement scale. It is well suited to upholstery or drapery where a mid-weight decorative fabric with a relaxed, contemporary botanical feel is wanted.

How to use it

Pair it with relaxed oak, rattan and chalky paint colours for a fresh layered scheme, or use it as a feature armchair fabric against plain cream upholstery. The soft teal and blush accents work especially well with pale timber and muted brass.

Use with warm timber and plain linens to let the leaf motif and airy palette do the work.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
