About this fabric

Mezerac Menthe from the Deauville collection by Manuel Canovas is a striped fabric with a vertical repeat of approx. 0cm and a horizontal repeat of approx. 8cm, on a width of approx. 132cm. The composition blends 47% linen with viscose, polyamide, cotton and bamboo, giving the cloth a natural-looking body with a smooth, refined finish. In this colourway, the cream ground reads soft and luminous, while the slender striped lines bring just enough definition to sharpen the look. The pale menthe cast is very restrained, so the design feels airy, coastal and understated rather than overtly green.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed upholstery, tailored cushions or full-height curtains where the pale ground can brighten the room. It pairs especially well with limed woods, chalky paintwork and brushed brass, letting the subtle stripe provide rhythm without heaviness.

A fresh pale stripe that keeps a room light and tailored.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
