Mezerac Tomate
Deauville Fabric04984-04
Mezerac Tomate is a pale, warm ground threaded with slim tomato-red pinstripes, giving the swatch a clean and quietly spirited look. The overall effect is tailored and airy, with the stripe reading as a neat accent rather than a bold contrast.

About this fabric
Woven with a subtle linen-rich texture, Mezerac Tomate is composed of 47% Linen, 25% Viscose, 11% Polyamide, 10% Cotton and 7% Bamboo, and it comes in an approximate width of 132cm with a vertical repeat of 0cm and horizontal repeat of about 8cm. The image shows a soft ivory or chalk background with evenly spaced, fine red stripes that have a slightly dotted, textured edge, which keeps the design feeling light and precise. Its balanced handle and smart stripe make it suitable for either upholstery or drapery, depending on the desired finish. The colourway feels warmer than a pure red stripe, with a muted tomato tone that sits comfortably against the pale base. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BH are supplied for this fabric.
How to use it
Use Mezerac Tomate to add a fresh, tailored note to upholstered dining chairs, a bench seat or relaxed curtains. The soft cream ground and red pinstripe work well with painted wood, warm oak and understated neutral upholstery.
A crisp, tailored stripe that brings quiet colour and a fresh, neatly dressed feel.

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Mezerac Tomate without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
