About this fabric
This colourway of Evesham has a distinctly muted old blue cast rather than a bright or nautical blue, so the pattern reads soft and atmospheric. The 54% viscose and 46% silk composition gives it a smooth, gently lustrous finish that suits the delicate handling visible in the floral detailing. The repeat is approximately V 76cm / H 65cm, which supports the generous scale of the blossoms and winding stems across the 130cm width. The embroidered-style flowers in ivory, taupe, and green keep the ground cool and elegant, while the silk content adds a subtle sheen as the light moves over the surface.
