Iris Emeraude

Iris FabricM4084-25

Iris Emeraude reads as a vivid emerald-teal with a lightly striated surface and a soft, satiny lift in the light. Its horizontal texture gives the colour a subtle sense of movement without any visible motif.

About this fabric

This Manuel Canovas fabric is composed of 80% cotton and 20% polyester, with an approximate width of 138cm and no repeat, making the cloth feel clean and uninterrupted across a run. In this colourway, the green sits between jewel-like emerald and cooler teal, so it feels bright yet grounded rather than sharply acidic. The fine horizontal ribbing catches the light unevenly, adding depth and a slightly brushed, artisanal finish. With its mid-weight textile character and BM fire code, it is well suited to both upholstery and drapery where a tailored, polished look is wanted.

How to use it

Use this shade to bring a crisp, modern lift to oak, walnut or painted white interiors, especially on accent chairs or relaxed curtains. Its cool green depth also pairs well with brass, stone and navy accents.

A fresh jewel tone that works beautifully on tailored seating or clean-lined curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
