About this fabric

This Colefax and Fowler wallpaper uses a restrained ivory ground with slightly deeper beige stripes, creating a warm, low-contrast finish rather than a crisp high-white effect. The visible surface has delicate vertical striations that subtly soften the broad stripe structure. Made from 100% paper, it has an approximate horizontal repeat of 17.5cm and a vertical repeat of 0cm. The close tonal relationship between the stripes keeps the design calm while still giving the wall a clear sense of height.

How to use it

Use this warm ivory and beige colourway across a bedroom, hallway or sitting room where you want vertical definition with a light, quietly layered feel. Pair it with natural timber, woven textures and similarly softened neutrals rather than stark white.

Use this softly contrasted ivory stripe to add quiet vertical rhythm without introducing a strong colour statement.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
