Hume Stripe Wallpaper Old Blue

Hume Stripe Wallpaper in Old Blue combines a very pale, cool blue-grey ground with slim vertical stripes edged by delicate ivory and white detailing. The restrained contrast gives the design a light, chalky presence rather than a strong graphic effect.

About this wallpaper

The wallpaper shows evenly spaced narrow vertical stripes in muted old blue, with fine pale edging and tiny repeating white motifs that add a subtle textural rhythm. Its cool blue-grey tone is softened by the warm ivory ground, while the low contrast keeps the overall appearance airy and calm. Made from 100% paper, it has an approximate vertical repeat of 0cm and horizontal repeat of 17cm. The narrow stripe scale can visually lift a wall without overwhelming the surrounding scheme.

How to use it

Pair this cool, pale blue-grey colourway with chalky whites, faded timber and soft ivory upholstery for a quietly layered room. Its vertical lines are especially effective in a bedroom, corridor or compact sitting room where a gentle sense of height is welcome.

Use its cool, chalky blue-grey stripes to bring quiet vertical rhythm to bedrooms, hallways or softly tailored sitting rooms.
