About this fabric
Woven in 65% linen and 35% cotton, Marco Celeste has a natural handle that reads softly textured rather than glossy. The stripe is very subtle, with narrow vertical lines sitting in a washed, blue-grey ground that feels calm and lightly weathered. With an approximate width of 136cm and no visible repeat, it suits schemes that want order without a heavy pattern statement. The herringbone-like weave effect and gentle tonal variation keep the colourway looking light and breathable rather than flat.
How to use it
Use this powder blue with chalky whites, pale oak and brushed nickel for a restrained, coastal scheme. It also makes a good counterpoint to warmer neutrals if you want the room to feel fresher and less formal.
