Rivoli Indigo

Rivoli III Fabric04982-80

Rivoli Indigo is a plain, deeply shaded blue with a soft matte look and a quietly tailored feel. The colour reads as a dark indigo, close to navy but with a cooler, more jewel-like depth.

About this fabric

This colourway shows a very even, unpatterned surface with a subtle textile grain that keeps the finish from looking flat. In the image, the indigo tone is dark and restrained, with faint lighter movement where the pile or weave catches the light. The fabric is composed of 93% Cotton and 7% Modal, and it comes in a width of approximately 140cm, making it a practical choice for upholstery work. With no repeat to manage, it offers a clean, uninterrupted look that suits pared-back schemes and more structured furniture alike.

How to use it

Use this indigo on sofas, dining chairs or a headboard where you want a darker blue that still feels refined rather than black. It pairs well with pale linen, walnut timber and brushed brass for a crisp, tailored room.

A deep, refined blue that works beautifully on tailored seating and rich accent pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
