About this fabric

Woven in 93% Cotton and 7% Modal, Rivoli Glycine has a natural hand with a faintly refined sheen from the modal content. The swatch reads as a warm, subdued glycine-plum rather than a bright purple, with low contrast and a velvety-looking depth across the surface. Its repeat is V 0cm / H 0cm approx, so the colour and texture stay uninterrupted, which suits its calm, tailored appearance. At 140cm approx wide and with fire code √CM noted, it is a practical textile choice for schemes that want colour without pattern noise.

How to use it

Use this shade on an accent chair, banquette or cushions where the plum-mauve tone can sit against walnut, linen or brushed brass. It also works well as a drapery fabric in a room with warm neutrals, where the colour can feel richer in low light.

A refined plum tone that adds warmth and depth without feeling heavy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
