Wanda Ivory

Sami FabricL9450-01

Wanda Ivory reads as a softly dappled ivory with a calm, linen-led surface and faint vertical movement. In this colourway, the pattern is understated and airy, letting the texture do most of the work.

About this fabric

Wanda Ivory from the Sami collection by Larsen is composed of 72% Linen, 22% Cotton, 5% Polyester and 1% Other Fibres, with an approximate width of 143cm and a vertical repeat of 18cm. The cloth has a light, woven feel that sits between upholstery and drapery use, making it versatile for rooms that need texture without visual weight. In the photo, the ivory base is warmed by a whisper of cream and pale oatmeal, while the subtle slub and vertical striation add gentle depth rather than a strong contrast. The overall effect is relaxed and natural, with enough structure to hold a tailored finish but enough softness to feel inviting.

How to use it

Use Wanda Ivory to soften pale, layered interiors, especially against oak, limestone or painted timber. Its quiet ivory tone works well when you want texture on a sofa, bench seat or curtain without introducing a new strong colour.

A gentle ivory with a subtle slubbed stripe that keeps rooms feeling light and easy.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
