Dunsford Silver

Shaw FabricF4338-09

Dunsford Silver is a softly muted silver-grey plain with a calm, slightly heathered look. The close weave gives it a subtle surface texture that reads refined rather than shiny.

About this fabric

Woven in a 59% viscose, 21% cotton, 12% polyester and 8% linen blend, Dunsford Silver has the balanced handle expected of a versatile decorative fabric. The cloth shows a fine cross-weave with gentle slubs and a low, matte sheen that catches the light in pale grey and stone notes. With a width of approximately 142cm and no visible pattern repeat, it offers an understated, easy-to-place surface for tailored schemes. Its cool silver tone feels cleaner than beige and softer than a true grey, making it suitable where a calm neutral is needed.

How to use it

Use Dunsford Silver on relaxed sofas, dining chairs or Roman blinds when you want a light-reflective neutral that stays understated. It pairs especially well with white timber, soft charcoal and pale oak for a crisp, layered scheme.

A quietly elegant neutral that works across upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
